Exterior House Color
Yesterday I was called back to a client's home to check on the paint color that we had chosen a month ago. He was updating his home to put on the market - and both he and his realtor needed some feedback on how it turned out -- along with some finer details of trim color placement.
As I drove up to the house (in Seattle), my first thought was: "Wow, what a difference new color makes!" His realtor and I spoke about how to best use the trim color to hide some architectural flaws and came up with a solution that will do the trick. Both homeowner and realtor were very, very glad to get my reaction to the new paint color.
The realtor had originally called this little house an "Ugly Betty" -- but with new color, it's rapidly become a "Beautiful Babe"!
