The meaning of Blue

Blue is a magical color: uplifting, relaxing, serene and inspiring all at once. Most commonly associated with the sky or sea, it brings a sense of infinite space and peace.
Physiologically, the viewing of blue reduces blood pressure, heartbeat and respiration rate.
Deeper blues encourage meditative thinking, clear thinking and contemplation, which make it a good color for dens and studies.
If you're decorating a bedroom, blue can help you sleep more deeply and more peacefully.
